Therapeutic Massage - 90 Minutes

Service Description

Deep pressure relieves chronic muscle tension because the focus is on muscles deep below the surface. Communication is key in this session. This means that throughout the session I will be asking you to take deep breaths to help you cope with discomfort. My goal is to use my knowledge in anatomy and physiology to tailor a massage specific to you. My goal is to keep you as relaxed as possible. Please wear workout clothes so a complimentary postural assessment can be determined to optimize our time together.
